This hotel and the management are superior to Any other KOP hotel I’ve stayed in! From top to Bottom all the employees are 5 star and care about their job!!! Breakfast was great and always attended to with super friendly care. The housekeepers are kind and hard working! Please consider this place!

The first room we were in smelled like smoke, the fridge didn’t close because there was so much ice buildup, and the wifi was unusable in The room. We moved rooms, and the send room was better but the wifi was still very spotty. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful but they couldn’t overcome the shortcomings of the property.
