Excellent stay for much needed rest en route back home. The room, bed, linen - were all so comfortable. Especially grateful for the excellent service from the staff. Suzie at front reception was brilliant and really welcomed us with warmth and made our check-in seamless and quick. The location was great too with the Botanical Gardens just a 10minute walk and the mall connected to the hotel also made it easy to pick up some essentials required without travelling anywhere.
