Área was safe. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I left my valuables out I completely forgot to put them in the safe and everything was there I came back, this means room service was trustworthy. I would definitely book here again. The hotel was in a safe area.

Fabulous service, clean, convenient Indian restaurant next door. Rooms are well appointed with a suite like kitchen. Close to trade center , 20 minutes to the airport. Safe area.

The hotel is great, it has a small kitchen, and you can walk to the WTC. There are many stores and restaurants close by, but it is not located on main streets, so it is very peaceful. The only thing I didn't like is that the parking garage is not free for guests. I ended up leaving my car on the street. You have to pay parameter and make sure not to forget to extend it, otherwise you will be fined.

Pros: The staff at reception is amazing, especially María, who is very attentive and goes above and beyond to assist guests (like helping carrying luggage). The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and local transportation (walking distance to WTC, Insurgentes Avenue). Just in Nueva York street there are several restaurants, cafes, nail salons, bakeries, convenience stores and a park. The suites are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with an equipped kitchen with countertop stove, microwave, fridge, capsule coffee machine, dining and cookware. Beds are comfortable and suites have lots of natural light and a small balcony. Cons: Although overall the suites are clean, the bed linens had a funny smell, I would recommend a stronger detergent or laundry practices. The wifi connection is weak and shows as not secure. Not good for work. The area seems safe, police does rounds around the neighborhood, but the property could benefit from adding extra security feautures. Water pressure in shower is bit weak, and temperature is not easy to control. They have Dish TV, but if you’re looking to watch local TV, not all channels show.

Al hacer check in piden identificación de todos los acompañante del titular de la reservación, cosa que no está estipulado en sus políticas al reservar y que tampoco es algo usual que hagan los hoteles, lo cual hace lentísimo el registro. Normalmente basta con identificarse la persona bajo la que está la reservación. El estacionamiento cuesta $135 y debes avisar con 20 minutos de anticipación para que tengan listo el coche. La habitación carece de limpieza, los utensilios de cocina estaba sucios, al llegar la cama tenía pelos y los apagadores están asquerosos. Hay mejores opciones por ese precio.
