Conveniently located near highways. Night staff is friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and pillows. King room is spacious and nicely appointed, especially for an economy stay. Could be cleaner. Whiskers in the sink, bugs in the light fixture, TP packed over the fire alarm, Windows are insufficient to reduce traffic noise so if you get an even numbered room you will hear traffic. Coffee is mediocre. Breakfast is lacking … only waffles or bagels… a couple of old apples. Breakfast area is dirty and not attended to during the breakfast hours. Run out of something…go find someone to restock. Morning staff and night staff are literally “night and day” of each other.

As soon as you pull into the parking lot, it reeks like weed. The hotel is filthy, smells awful, and the bed sheets were dirty. The staff had terrible customer service and made no effort to make guests feel welcome. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay—we had to book another hotel that same day. Really liked this property and will come here again. My only reasons for giving 4 ⭐s is because I wasn't there long enough. Staff was cool, helpful, and quick with the reservation. The very same person that checked me in let me know how to handle the late checkout and keeping the room for the following reservation.
