Peter and his crew are almost like family we stay there so often the property used to have a lot of problems but he's fixing them as soon as he knows we own a ranch fifty miles away and the national nine is where we take a break if you're looking for old fashioned comfort national nine button willow is the place and the Honduran food cart in the car park makes killer burritos

A respite from the dust and the heat

Peter and his crew run a convenient budget motel for field workers truck drivers and oilmen to get respite from a hard days work we own a ranch 60 miles away and like all listed above we occasionally need a comfort break and Peter fills that spot in spades they have a few problems just small maintenance issues but Peter always listen and gets them fixed

Everyday Nice breakfast, in a fine breakfast salon, worth 5 to 10 dollars of your budget somewhere else .... room quality, varies ... some rooms are nice and elegant, some are very cheap and ugly
