I loved everything about The Cliffside Inn. At first, I didnโ€™t love my room because I didnโ€™t realize I had booked a room with a staircase leading to the bathroom. The staff quickly found us a new and better room. I always looked forward to breakfast every morning as there was always something new and delicious to feast on, and I loved the idea of wine hour!! Loved all the fireplaces throughout the common area and the bedrooms. The staff was always friendly and very accommodating. I was sad to leave but my husband and I will definitely come back! Will definitely recommend the Cliffside Inn!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cliffside Inn - beautiful property and great location (not downtown, but on the Cliff Walk). Great communication from the property in terms of arrival, check-in, etc.. We had a rental car and parking was included and very easy.

The room was very nice and the ocean view was as advertised. We only stayed one night, but if we are ever back in Newport for a longer visit, this is the place we will be looking to stay. The only minor hiccup was that the room was not ready at 4:00, but the area is nice and we walked on the Cliff Walk for a bit until the room was ready. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety of choices. All in all, this is a charming location with an acomodating staff and we very much enjoyed our stay.
