Charming Studio in an Unbeatable Location

This studio apartment near Coventry Cathedral is a rare gem. The location is outstanding—it’s the closest you can stay to the cathedral. The space was clean and well-kept, with a compact but functional kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was staying for two nights and it suited my purposes perfectly. Apartment was clean and functional and its location beside the cathedral and a Wetherspoon pub was a bonus. There is a lively nightlife which could be off putting for some but I wasn’t overly disturbed by it.

Great location in the heart of Coventry

Great location, clean, spacious and good communication. Will stay again.

A gem in the heart of Coventry

My second stay at this property as I had a really good experience the first time I stayed here back in October. Came up to expectations and I will stay here again whenever business brings me to Coventry.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I like where the property is situated, easy access to shops, pubs, local history and museums.

Place is ok, beware of the noise.

The room is basic but good value, it looks like it is student accommodation when necessary. The only problem is noise, I stayed on a Wednesday night and I was woken several times through the night 2am-4am with refuse wagons and trucks servicing the nearby pubs.

It is used as student accommodation but was still comfortable. No noise from inside the building but outside construction noise. Very convenient location.
Rachel, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Shower was stone cold, bed very uncomfortable, blind broken and stuck open so sunlight shining in waking you up, room smelt of stale water, extremely noisy outside

Lovely stay

Everything was good. nice location for the town. There was a loud noise every now and then from the fan in the bathroom (It was def the bathroom, not sure if it was the fan), vibrating noise. but other than that was all good.

Great apartment rooms right in city centre . Communication to get in was great . Room good Only thing I would look at is signs in corridor to tell us way to exit as can go lots of ways when you leave room

A one-day stay in the middle of June.

Emails before visiting were easy to follow. Given the price at the centre of Coventry, the cleanness and preparedness were both superb. Two sets of pillows and towels and many kitchen utensils were great.

Very good. Quite small but value for money. Check in codes sent very late. Could be improved

Excellent accommodation but remember it is city central with all the Nocturnal noises into the early hours you get with the pubs and restaurants around you. No problem if you are sound sleeper 😀.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean and functional, in a great central location. However, was sent the wrong code to enter my room (though luckily was able to get ahold of someone to get the correct code despite arriving in the evening), and unfortunate situation with sewage pipe relatively exposed in the the bathroom.

Very noisy, smaller than photos, pathetic shower

If you are going to stay out all night and only get back when Coventry shuts down at night, this is a good place to stay. If not, you will be kept awake by the noise from the pub across the single street (live band in our case), competing with the bass noises from the Slug and Lettuce in the same building. Think HMO or older student accommodation, and you'll be right. I can piss stronger than the shower, there is no way to control heat if its hot, and the bed is uncomfortable. It was clean and presented well, though not as large as you expected from the photos. Parking is 5 5-minute walk away.

Fine.

It was cheap and fine. No frills, no luxuries, just fine. But bloody hot despite the tiny desk fan provided.
3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels.
Catherine, 2-night trip

Good location, basic accommodation

The hottest night in my entire life. Fan provided but the attic style room with tiny window made it sweltering.. it also stunk of weed. Good price for location (central) and facilities (mini kitchen) Code to door didnt work, easily fixed with phonecall.

The property is ideal for single use but couples could could also enjoy the accommodation. It’s small bijou compact perfect in functionality very well maintained and obviously perfect for central locations. Down side is the bars have to be noisy particularly in mornings when refuse has to be collected.Binmen have to do their job. Overall it is fantastic in upkeep and accessible. Will always come back .

Awful place to stay.

Awful and uncomfortable. Very noisy didnt sleep all night. I was in a room with a church right by the window and the bells went off every hour. Lots of late night activity outside and inside. Fridge made a noise all night . They advertised a tv in room...and there was not one .

Convenient City Centre Choice

Really convenient location next to the cathedral. Ideal for enjoying the bars and nearby restaurants. Compact sized room ideal for solo traveller with small double bed. Access to the room requires 2 key codes - so make sure you have a copy of them on you before leaving the room. If you like to go to bed early then maybe not the place to stay. Pub opposite had live music until 11:00 pm on the weekday night I stayed. Car park was about 5 minutes walk.

Great location

This is our third stay at the property and it is always our go-to place in Coventry because of the location. The flat is small but has everything you need. It's getting a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint. The only down-side for us is that the bed is very small (smaller than your average double) and the mattress is getting a bit lumpy. It is always really hot in there.
