Traveled with kids. The daytime supervisor was extremely rude, lacked customer care and did not inform me of the credits that were included with my stay. His interaction between the guest before me compared to his interaction with me was night and day. Saving grace were the two young ladies who worked the front desk, I believe Ciara was one of their names, they made up for the horrible service I received prior. I made a complaint on the supervisor and was told that my complaint is not the first. The incidental fee was way more than what Hotels.com quoted me, but I was with my kids, so I had to bite the bullet.
Room was clean, housekeeping was extremely attentive. Bathrooms were large and clean. No microwave, only microwave was in the lobby on a counter, which can become annoying when traveling with a family of 3. The pool was a great addition, as well as the rooftop bar. Location is ideal, close to everything without being in the mix.
Food at hotel restaurant could be way better, only reason I ate there was because of the daily credit I was given, which to be honest, isn’t much at all.
Kids had a ball, but they're young so they don't expect much.
Hotel is great, but just based off my experience with "management" and being made aware that they have a known ongoing issue with a supervisor and has yet to do something about the matter speaks volume.
