Very dirty, smelled like pot & cigarettes as soon as we walked in. Even our dog wanted to leave.. the floor was sticky & beds noisy and springy every time you moved. Looks can be deceiving, looked decent in the lobby & building but this is more a motel stay with people living in the rooms.

This was probably the dirtiest hotel that I’ve stayed in quite some time. Not only that it was not what I paid for. It advertises you have TV. I did not have a control controller for my television. They say come on down and get a replacement. I also spoke to the same lady while checking in and said that I have been up for nearly 28 hours straight But I needed TV so that I could see some of the weather report where snow is coming in on my travels the next day. After returning back to my room by walking across to the other building and going up two level I found out my TV didn’t work. When checking out. I spoke to three other guest and asked if their TV worked and all of them stated no. Then upon checking out, asked why they just did not tell me the TV was not working instead of getting a remote. She said “the TVs have been down for quite some time”. It looked like to me numerous people lived in the rooms adjacent to me and smoked on the walkways which was full of cigarette ash. The inside of the room was a 2 as far as furnishings. But as far as the hotel itself, it was pretty nasty. At $10 a night I would not even stay there again. The owners are aware, even though they just did a facial renovation. All the employees that I came encounter with were very nice. When they say breakfast is served no you’re not getting eggs, pancakes or bacon, you’re getting muffins bought at Walmart in a package and coffee. That’s about it

The receptionist Mr. Billy gave us a first the room 216, when we got there, the room smelled like cigarette and something else, the bed had stains and dirt. I requested another room, He gave me a second room 331, it was worst the bed covers and pillows were unacceptable, you can see pictures Please issue us a refund for the room.

The room next to mine had its smoke detector going off every 10 seconds in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk to inform them, it took another hour for them to fix it. But that fix only lasted for a few hours, it started going off again at 6 am. I called back and they didn't care, it was still going off when I checked out at 11 am. On top of that, the pipes in the bathroom would scream like a buzzsaw whenever one of my neighbors would take a shower. No amount of melatonin or my white noise machine could convince me to go back. My room itself was fine, but I should have chosen any other hotel on that street.

Good for a one night stop over

The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. There's no ice machine and no coffee service in ur room. It was just a one night stop over on a trip to Tennessee. Staff was very nice and gave us a free room upgrade. Would stay there again in the same circumstances. Its a basic room. All i needed was a clean bed and shower. Not too juch selection for breakfast. Muffins and breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets. No place to sit. It price was good.
