This is absolutely the worst hotel in Jacksonville. None of the pictures match the hotel except maybe the driveway there’s no gym. The pool‘s been empty for years. The towels had holes in them. The small room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was disgusting! Breakfast consist of waffles and yogurt. check out day there was roaches all over the floor.

Sadly we will not be coming back :/. I came for a quick girls get away. I paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. We waited 20 minutes to get checked in. We couldn’t find anyone for the longest time. It spelled like drugs, alcohol and smoke. The room we had needed some touchups. The light fixture with the outlet didn’t work, the phone had no handle (good thing I had a cell phone), the light on the other side wasn’t working. The refrigerator was filthy. However the floors looked clean. The pillows were smaller than my throw pillows at my home and there were only 3 of them. There were 2 people staying. The pillows were also grungy looking.

Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, bars of soap and shampoo just open all over inside one of the side tables, a bottle of laundry detergent just left and in the room, tv remote with no battery cover, pool and hot tub looks like it has not been maintain in years, trash all over the place.
