The front desk staff was very accommodating! This was a big change since my last visit. Of course the housekeeping was good along with the gentleman that help you with your luggage. The only reason I don't give this five star is strictly due to breakfast. Breakfast was minimal in my opinion when comparing it to the other places that I've stayed. Overall I was very happy with this hotel on this trip.

Restaurant service is awful. Little things that could be solved easily but exist due to staff shortage! no napkins at tables, you have to search for sugar, salt. Constantly requesting staff to supply coffee mugs, butter, utensils. Don't think it's the kitchen staff as they are seen hustling, they just need to add personnel. A person in charge of it and at the restaurant who could notice this small things happening would easily solve this issues. I saw many patrons upset about this.
