There was no WiFi or cellphone service in my room. The TV had no cable and was only internet based so there was no tv either. I had to go to the office and use the WiFi to download movies on my phone to watch. They said they had breakfast but all they did was brew a pot of coffee at 8:30. I saw two couples were overbooked when I got there and they had nowhere to go and weren’t given assistance with finding another place.
One of the rooms had a bathroom overflow and the walkway had standing sewage for 2 days that everyone had to walk through to get to the other rooms. There’s no one on site to talk to at check in, and it’s hit or miss if they will answer the phone number provided. It’s a very loud property as well. You can hear everything. People come and go up to 2 in the morning. The room doors have a 1/2 inch gap under them so you hear everything. There’s no extra locks on the doors and you feel like someone can walk in at any time.
Very overpriced for an underwhelming hostel.
