Good enough for an airport hotel

Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport is good enough for an airport hotel for which most people only stay 1 night. The pick up service is okay and the room is with large space. They also provide breakfast without fee. All staffs are nice and helpful!

There were no lights on the parking lot so it was very dark. Our room was not accessible from inside the lobby and was difficult to find walking on a dark parking lot. I chose this hotel due to the rate offered and that it was pet friendly. However, the upcharge for the pet was as much as the room rate. I did not find this very fair as it was not noted when I made the reservation. The room itself was not cared for and was in poor condition, not dirty just not updated. My little 20 pound dog was not going to cause damage that had not already happened to this room. There were cigaratte burns on the tub and counter, the sheets were stained, the carpet was not new and the furniture was outdated. All electrics behind the bed were hooked to one power strip that was hanging in mid air over the headboard.

We didn't notice until after we looked at our credit card statement that we were overcharged for parking. Then, our flight coming back from Atlanta was delayed, and their shuttle service doesn't run much past Midnight. We had to spend another 40 dollars on a cab back to the hotel. Will definitely never stay there again.

The airport shuttle was easy to find. All the staff were courteous. Our room was on the second floor and since you have no elevator, it was a little more difficult for my wife to transverse the stairs. However, if I had made a note of that per our reservation, perhaps they would’ve given us a Ground floor room. Our room was old and outdated. And it did smell old as well. It was fairly clean for an old room! The complementary breakfast was good.

Not impressed. The property is very run down. Room was small, bed very hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub/shower did not drain. Blinds on the window did not keep out much light and there are no curtains to pull over them. Would NOT stay here again. On a good note, staff was friendly.

The employees are super super nice. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I personally probably wouldn’t stay here again just because the rooms are a little to ran down. But for the price in a pinch it was fine. The area is safe and felt comfortable with cars being parked outside. The employees were extremely nice which helps the hotel out tremendously.

Hotel is run down. Mildew smell throughout the halls. Room was ok for price. Bathroom is out dated. Curtains were broken. Lobby staff was not helpful at all. Didn’t show us where our room was. Just pointed and said that our rooms were around the corner.
