First of all, Marie at reception was the very best person in your hotel. Very smart and always frinedly and helpful.
Howver, the Belfry is may a 4 star, but not a 5 star hotel. Too many details are missed respectively ddidn't work. In our bath room there were 2 empty bottles. We told it to the room service, but nothing happened during the 3 days we have bee in your hotel. Breakfast was not good. The tables didn't look nice. It was not possible to ordr freid eggs. Person was not friendly and cleaning with spray the table next to us. The room overall is a 3 star breakfast room. Crossoints in a cafe outside tasts much better. Espresso absolutely poor. We couldn't use the indoor pool becuae of too bad air.
Erverywhere in the hotel its looks as the best time has gone. Many work for painters to make it much nicer. The pictures on your website looks pretty well, but in real it's not as nice. I've been in 5 star hotels and got the service and glamour I'd paid for.
Fore me it's the managemnet and the owner who can change it.
