This hotel should not be listed on the site. The rooms were very outdated and rundown. The lobby area can full you because the rest of the hotel is not in the same condition as the lobby. I knew I was going to be in for an experience when I got on the elevator from the garage and there was no scan-your-key thing to get the elevator moving. It just went straight from the garage to my floor. Also, the garage had all the random junk stored in it. And what totally did it for me is when I saw the mouse trap hidden behind the bathroom trash can.

It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!

The hotel apparently was purchased last year and is slowly being remodeled, however, every cabinet door I opened in our room practically fell off the hinges. The kitchen in our room had cooking utensils, one pot, one pan. No mixing bowls about half the silverware, no way to wash dishes.. It was really disappointing. However, on a good note, the staff was amazingly kind and apologetic but did not have a way to really fix any of the issues. Hopefully if we stay there again, we can be put in one of the rooms that have already been renovated, maybe they are much better.

Unsatisfied stay for the price paid.

The bathroom had only two small hand towels and 2 medium sized bath towels. Breakfast was the worst. First day the bread tasted moldy, second day there was nothing left for breakfast at 8:25 am

The apartment has a kitchen with basic utensils. The property cleaning staff did not asked me to clean suite unfortunately dropped my computer and broke screen. RVFV once again is involved as well as Roxanna Guevara.

A Literal Nightmare

SIMPLY HORRIFIC, a NIGHTMARE! To begin with had I seen the room before I checked in (and paid your quoted rate + a surprise nonrefundable $100 deposit demanded at the arrival) my husband and I would have immediately gone elsewhere!!! The room and furnishings were all old and used far beyond normal wear and tear!!! There wear varied stains (black, red, yellow) on the floors and carpet! There were complete areas of the carpet that were raveled completely across the room. The plumbing in the bathroom stool ran continuously. There was white powder around the closet floor corners which was possibly some kind of disinfectant or chemical. And each time we left and returned to the room we would have to get a new key because the keys would not hold data. There was even a huge place in the hallway floor with broken tiles due to the uneven floor. The elevators were dirty and filthy. The interior room photos provided online certainly do not match the reality. I registered my complaint with management and even showed them all the photos I had taken and they agreed. Management shared that they were under new ownership and was willing to make an adjustment BUT claimed they could not because we had booked the stay online though your service. This property should not be offered under your banner. We have used your service previously and have been completely satisfied. This seriously hinders our confidence in sharing or booking future rentals through your service!

Not good. Not horrific.

Not good. Old. Closet doors broken and wouldn’t close. Kinda grungy. Almost impossible to dead bolt the main room door. No ice machine on site. Beds very uncomfortable. Lumpy and over used. Linens clean though. Won’t go back.
