Ingrid at reception was fantastic in helping us with keeping the room and transferring from one reservation to the next. The room was fine, but the elevator lobby and corridors were filthy, aged and worn out.The sky bar is worth a visit.

This hotel is in a good location for sightseeing around Oslo. It also had the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced - outstanding. Unfortunately the room was small and hot (no air con) and very dated. We were a couple that were given a different room type than what we booked. The room had a sofa bed that was made up for sleeping in and 2 single beds. Had to ask staff to change this on our arrival. The 2 single beds did not stay together either. The Summit bar on the 21st floor was underwhelming and very expensive. Overall this hotel was not good value and I wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel

This is a great hotel. Pricy for sure. But one major error has me fuming. We were three couples (my two grown children with spouses, plus my husband and me). We each gave the desk ou4 own credit cards. But they ended up charging my son’s room on my card, in addition to my own. That’s almost $700 on my card which I have to now deal with to get reversed. My son has tried to no avail. Also overnight parking is ridiculously expensive. We really shouldn’t have bothered with rental cars after all. The city sightseeing buses are a 5 min walk away through the park. The view from the bar is phenomenal.

Romslig rom, veldig hyggelig personale, fint med basseng, lettvindt parkering, MEN det er overranskende at personalet ikke vet om hvordan parkeringen i garasjen fungerer, nemlig at dersomman forlater garasjen, man må betale på nytt, selv om man kjører inn igjen ila samme døgn. Meget skuffende. Mulig å få til en bedre ordning i fremtiden, for hotellgjestene? Minibaren var helt tom, badekåper og tøfler var ikke til å finne på rommet, serviettholder tom, baderomsdøren ødelagt. Man fikk forskjellig info ang bassengets åpningstider. Ikke mulig å få påfull med kaffe senere på dagen. Konklusjon: navn/brand er ikke alltid garanti på kvalitet. Det har Radisson bevist ved flere anledninger. Men takk for denne gangen!

Var ikke klar over at man ikke får ønsket sengetype når man booker gjennom en tredjepart som Hotel.com. Hyggelige ansatte lot oss bytte til rom med queensize. Hotellet hadde nok litt tekniske problemer med nøkkelkortene, så vi opplevde at noen andre åpnet døren til vårt rom. Også etter vi hadde badet virket ikke nøkkelkortene til eget rom, og jeg måtte ordne dette i resepsjonen. Bassenget er lite og garderobene er små. Det er sauna på hver side (eget for hvert kjønn). Supert rom, flott bad og nærme sentrum.
