The room was clean with a view of the city. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The food was great and the staff was nice. The hotel provides a shuttle to go downtown but it starts at 6 P.M. we walked to downtown a few times and took a taxi on the way back. The walk downhill is easy but difficult going up the hill.

The service was really good, and the food at Restaurant El Tulu excelente and the place Itself is so Beautiful.. lot of vegetation and so clean. We think the price we pay it was all worth it.. and really close to downtown about 10 minutes drive.. thanks to all the people that work at this place

Outside is well maintained but the interior of the building need major remodeling. The building is old and i don't think the building been remodeled ever since it was made. But it's clean and the staffing are excellent.

The price is right when you stay here - you do not feel like you are in the middle of the city. The views of the city are amazing! Some updates are needed - the rug in the room was patched and the amazing huge pool has many tiles that need to be replaced.

Hotel Victoria is off to the corner. It is a very big property and it has a lot to offer on site but there is nothing really near it. However, downtown is about a simple walk but it's about 20 minutes. Everything is in downtown. But if you want something quick like a convenience store or a quick eat there are no options nearby.
