A quirky room in a great place to stay

A limited number of rooms with a common kitchen and balcony with a great view of Lake Como. Not easy to find but our taxi driver used the address and a picture from Hotels.com to point us at the right door. Ferry terminal and many restaurants are close by

I absolutely loved this stay! Really awesome communication the amazing Monica from before I arrived to even checking that my transport afterwards had worked out. It was super customer service from start to finish! The location was beautiful, the room was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and terrace area with an awesome view were all beyond my expectations! There was so much to do in such a small area and the restaurant selection was fantastic too! Monica though was the best part though. I arrived after midday on a Sunday expecting to be able to get a ferry up to Bellagio and was unfortunately confronted with a massive queue and only one more ferry left by the time I had checked in. But Monica kindly spent about an hour going through all the ferry, bus and train timetables to chart me a course for the next morning to allow me to catch a ferry to Bellagio and another To Veranna and then a train ride back to Milan to cat my connecting train to Venice. It was such an awesome experience to have a complete stranger go to those lengths to help you out on the other side of the world. Loved loved loved the place and the service ❤️

Quiet and comfortable near the Duomo. Friendly staff, quick check in, few stairs to deal with. There is a lift for the first part. Near restaurants, coffee and transport. Lake is very close.

We stayed in the lake view suite, it was beautiful! It is positioned right on the front of the lake with unobstructed views, we couldn’t have asked for a better location! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, especially Monica who helped us with absolutely everything for which we were so grateful! I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, everything from the views to the interior decorations were all simply incredible! When we return to visit Lake Como we will without a doubt be staying here again.

Super Standort - leider nicht sehr gepflegt

Die Unterkunft ist nur temporär besetzt und trotzdem hat man sich sehr um guten Empfang trotz Verspätung gekümmert. Man bekommt dann einen Code mit dem man ins Haus und Zimmer eigenständig kommt. Das Zimmer mit schrägen Blick auf den Comersee ist von der Lage toll, aber leider sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht und man hört den gesamten Straßenverkehr. Von der Ausstattung war das Zimmer gut mit Kapselmaschine, Minibar, freistehender Badewanne, Duschkabine und separatem WC ausgestattet, aber… Leider funktionieren die Schiebetüren von Dusche und WC nicht ordentlich, alles ist etwas schmutzig, das elektronische Zimmertürschloss hat seine Aussetzer und die Matratze vom Bett mit einer großen Bettdecke zu zweit ist sehr hart. Schade, sonst wäre es mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfreichen Service wirklich eine super Location im Herzen der großartigen Altstadt direkt an der Uferpromenade von Como.
