Outstanding, well located hotel with spacious room

The hotel building is located right at the start of the port area opposite Mcdonalds. It has easy access to the beach and the port, and the local town. The room itself was great, we had two opening Juliet Balcony doors onto the hotels veranda. The bathroom was brilliant and had everything you needed. The check in was swift, the hotel checked with me beforehand to see when I will arrive and was there to greet us. The local area was busy the night we stayed, we came back and sat out on the veranda for a while before going to bed. The room was quiet. I would stay in this hotel again. Thank you for the lovely stay

Nice overnight stay prior to joining a cruise the next day. Stayed in the triple room which was nice & big for the two of us. Staff very nice and friendly. Took a taxi for €10 each with baggage directly to the cruise ship the next day. That made life easy!

We stayed here the night before boarding the msc divina for a cruise. Found Elisa, the best of Hosts, that was brilliant in contact and information and even sorted us out a transfer to the ship the following morning. Room was stunning and even got a free breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was updated and comfy, and we were close enough to walk to the cruise port and it was easy enough with luggage. Disappointed

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not what we expected especially from reading the previous reviews, claiming excellent offerings. We expected more - showers are tiny, bathrooms were dirty, our sink had hundreds of cracks, the mattress were extremely hard, not to our taste. At night the outside light made it difficult to sleep as it lit up the whole room as if you had a side light on. I suppose this is all a personal perception.. But we will not be staying here again ..
