I think the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms that say it can sleep 5 cannot sleep 5. They were 2 full size beds. The LaQuinta corp and the brand LaQuinta I will never stay at another one. I refuse to allow any of my employees to stay at these motels or use the company cards to stay at LaQuinta. Once I checked out they hit my card for $500 and said I smoked in the rooms according to the sensors that they installed. Looking up these sensors anything can set them off like a hot shower, or spray body deodorant and there is no stopping the charge. It’s automatic and the motel staff couldn’t help us. I refuse to use a motel that has the ability to charge what ever they want whenever they want.

Upon checking into our room we found a lot of used clothes on the closet floor. My husband went down to the lobby to tell the front desk and she came and got them. Upon trying to take showers the next morning we didn't have any hot water. Again my husband went to the lobby to complain only to find several others who had the same problem. The lady at the desk was very nice and said since we didn't book directly with them she couldn't discount our room or refund anything she would give us points. Don't know how many points or if it will get done but we don't want others facing this problem,

I didn't eat breakfast but the people here are very friendly and professional from the checking in and checking out.I asked for a walk in shower do to Chronic pain and they did not disappoint. The only issue my bed was to low for me but no fault of theirs..
