Place is a nice hotel. But you can hear their conference’s going on through the walls. We hardly got sleep between that and the bed was pretty hard. Clean pretty hotel inside. We just had a rough night there..

Amazing hotel! Reception was very nice and our room was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy.

Checked into our room and there were screaming kids opposite. After a few mins I went to reception and asked to be moved, which we were, though the the front desk seemed hacked off about it. In our second room there was a whining and barking dog opposite. I'm a dog person, but it was clearly in the room alone, it was off and on the whole 2 days we were there. I could hear toilets flushing all night, a vaccum/suction sound, and one night I counted 14 times (couldn't sleep). I could also hear a guy snoring next door so, don't believe any claims their rooms are soundproofed; they're not. So, all in all, noise was the main issue at this hotel and a lot of it impossible to ignore. I refuse to let this stuff spoil a holiday, but it was there, triggering, despite a wonderful trip to Italy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with top-notch service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and luxurious. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable we wished we could stay longer. The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day. Every team member we met was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We’ll definitely be back—and next time for more than just a short stay!

Spacious room. Great staff, nice upscale hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and not a lot of dining options right by the hotel. Need to walk to get to better choices. About 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge, and about the same to the Duomo to give a better idea of location. If you don't mind the location I would definitely recommend a stay here
