My favourite hotel in London. I have now stayed here multiple times. Excellent customer service, rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the accessories needed for a wonderful stay. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and always tonnes of hot water.

Check in was smooth, room was quite small to what we’ve usually had and there were hairs in the bathroom. Room was street side on the 8th floor and the noise at night was mental. Other than that, hotel stay was fine. Bed is comfy and perfect easy location for us and what we wanted to do. Hell’s Kitchen also a bonus
