Don’t waste your money

The condition of this place put me off immediately. The AC in the room was off so it took hours to cool off to a comfortable temp. There was stains on every single item in this room. The towels, the sheets, the pillows, and the carpet. This place is in a shady area, I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler and there was people partying & screaming until 5AM keeping me up. Do not waste your money on this place

Management is nice and the price is cheap the hotel in general is questionable bed bugs and roaches and mold in the bathrooms are a common thing here which the hotel does nothing about it the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is cause ac works tv works and it has running water and electricity

The hotel is extremely run down and dirty inside and out. The was in our room wad falling apart. Stained carpets, sheets, walls, tub. Poorly taken care of. Just terrible. Don't stay here. Won't let me pay pictures. You'd see how terrible it was.

BEDBUGS + not answering phone to process refund :(

Checked into Room 236 to discover a bedbug. The front desk attendant, Hannah, was really nice about it, confirmed it was a bedbug, and returned my deposit. However, Hotels.com is now delaying my refund because the OYO is not returning their calls. This spot is very affordable, and allowed my dog, but check for bedbugs first. Especially #236!!!

Room had a terrible smell. No toilet paper. Towels and bedding were dirty. Had to grab cash,card machine was broken. Ceiling was failing due to what seemed a roof leak. Would not recommend this hotel.

Cash deposit demanded at check in!? Horrible stay. Worst choice ever on Expedia. Stained fitted sheet, pillow cases, carpet, tile. No blanket. No shampoo or soap. One roll of toilet paper. Broken drawer. Damaged lamp shades. Rusted hardware in bathroom. Warm room at check-in. Damp in the am. Old wall unit A/C. No coffee or water in room or lobby.

The door to my room was standing open when I arrived. This is likely due to the door being damaged; I had trouble both opening and closing it during my stay. Half of the light fixtures in the room didn’t work. The room, a no -smoking room smelled of smoke and mildew. The AC unit had now control panel, so it was on full and cold, and the bed had no blanket. I tried calling the office to get the WiFi password and some man yelled at me. My bathroom ceiling was half fallen down, and the toilet was terribly stained. Finally, it rained overnight, and in the morning the carpet by the doorway was soaked.

Lowest of the low grade hotel

Nothing but problems - booked a smooking room and got a nonsmoking room. They also fraudulently kept the 100.00 cash deposit from a disabled person on the street. This hotel represents the lowest of the low.
