Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to bring the washroom facilities up to the level of quality that the rest of the hotel exemplifies.

Honestly don't know what to write. Staff were pleasant but the area is a building site. You take your life in your hands to cross the road and propane gas laden trucks go speeding down the noisy flyover exit outside your window all night long.
