O hotel não possui recepção, então a comunicação fica bem prejudicada. Adquirimos o café no quarto, mas em nada parece com a foto do site, e não vale o valor cobrado. Tivemos uma experiência não agradável de pendurar na porta o não perturbe e ainda assim entraram no quarto. A localização do hotel é excelente, o quarto é limpo, tem um bom chuveiro e cama boa. Apesar dos inconvenientes ainda é um bom local para se hospedar.

The biggest plus of staying here is the location! It's greatly places between all the things you want to see in Porto! The room itself was clean and quite small though but understanding it's in the city center. There was an issue with the electricity tripping a few times a days but luckily I got instructions on how to fix it so that was helpful. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveller.

Room was adequate with sink, kettle etc. Check in was simple, using numeric code, and there was no reception counter. However the check in timing was very strict at 4pm. In addition, there was not enough lockers to be used in the event you need to use one to temporarily store your luggages.
