The walls had holes and patch spots that weren't painted. The bath tub had holes and stains everywhere. The manager was rude and charged my credit card without my knowledge or permission. I could go on and on, I have a business here in town but I will not be returning there on my next trip out.

Room smelled of mildew, stove top didn't work, bathroom door was missing the door handle, bathtub had black mold, door to the room had a broken frame you could see out to the hallway with the door shut. None of the amenities were usable everything said closed sorry for the inconvenience. Overall nasty

I have many things to say, but I will just write this, be careful about this Hotel, they will try and keep your deposit. I’m going to have to sue, to get back mine. I purchased for two days, ended up checking out early, the lady at the front desk said she would credit me, for the time I didn’t stay, I said it wasn’t an issue but she insisted, so I obliged. Come to find out it was a set up. The money she said see was crediting, another manager charged me, as well as kept my deposit!! Claims I took a towel and damaged a rug or something. I did not damage anything!! And I always check to make sure, before leaving any hotel!! This was made up to charge me and keep my deposit!! This bad and deceitful business practice will STOP!!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I travel frequently and have NEVER had to immediately check out of a room! The smell was horrendous, there was dead bugs floating in the toilet, plaster was crumbling all over the facility, and somethingthat looked like vomit on the stairs. I would not have bathed my farm animals in the bath tub. The furniture had suspicious white staines all over it. I don't believe the bedding had been changes since the last person stayed there. I didnt get any pictures because I was afraid to sit anything down in the room. There was bed bug shells and droppings on the mattress and a party going on in the parking lot that the cops showed up to as we were leaving. The staff was kind on check in and even after I immediately checked out so there was the only positive. I was 2.5 hours away from home at 10:30 PM and would have rather taken my chances sleeping in a parking lot than at this hotel. Honestly it should be shut down.

Overall, well below average! Room Cleanliness of room was okay, bedding good. Here’s what wasn’t good: main door out of alignment and had to lift handle up to get the door to latch properly, bathroom door would only close a third of the way from full open due to rubbing floor tile. Vanity sink very slow drain. No Kleenex in room & no daily service. Ceiling had large area old water stain.

Go somewhere else!

Bullet holes in the windows. Mosdt of the doors to go outside are broken. No room service. Have to bring your own trash to the dumpster. Only get 2 towls for the whole week and internet is terrible. The fridges leak and there are stains everywhere. Basically thr worst place ever to stay at.

When we checked in, there was an unpleasant odor. We were placed on the third floor. The elevator was out of order and had been for quite some time. We get up to the room and there’s a “party” going on across the hall with loud music. We go into the room and the smoke detectors had been ripped off of the wall. At that point we decided it was unsafe to stay at the property. We got the feeling that this wasn’t a place where families stayed.

This establishment was dirty and trash everywhere around the place,no breakfast and it states there is a morning breakfast. Bedding was stained yellow. Noisy people above on the next floor had to walk up and tell them to keep it down, come to find out they live there and there dog would not shut up and running around in there room. The gentlemen out front was working his ass off to make it right I applaud him for his effort. But the bullet holes and the locks drilled out on the doors were kinda sketchy to say the least

Don't waste your money!

Isn't worth the cost. Room was dirty. Sheets stained. Dingy towels. Room keys didn't work right. Bathroom door was hard to open and shut because it was scraping on the floor. There's about a 2 in gap under the door to the room so you hear everything in the halls and the light shines in bright. They only had one person at front desk who had to go look to see if rooms were ready AFTER check in time. Manager was called to come in and help help because the kid working front desk had to keep leaving the desk and run around trying to find the 4 King rooms that the group of bikers in front of us reserved over a week ago. The poor kid at the front desk did the best he could and by the time the manager showed up he fiound 3 queen and 1 king room for the guys. The guys were frustrated by that time and said whatever it's fine we're not riding 3hrs back home we're tired and there's no where else to go at this point. The Manager did NOTHING to help in ANY way. He just left. All we needed was our room keys reprogrammed so we could get back in our room. The manager didn't ask if he could help any of us waiting so we had to stand there we 2-3 other couples waiting in line for at least 20min or longer. The young man at the front desk apologized to us. He was polite. It wasn't his fault they overbooked and didn't have rooms ready. He deserved better from the manager & raise for how well he handled upset bikers on his own. Will not be staying at that place again. Not impressed at all.

RUN AWAY

Absolutely awful! When we went to check in at night they told us sorry we overbooked 20 rooms so best we can do is give you a refund. Left me and my family stranded. Heard from another hotel what they did was sell our room out from under us for more money bcuz there was absolutely no other hotel rooms anywhere in the whole KC area. The kid and yes I say kid behind the front desk said sorry first come first serve on check in. We were dumbfounded like what!?! What’s the purpose of a reservation then? He was on the phone with the manager trying to get him to talk to me but he refused. I demanded his phone number and called him and he said we’re done here and hung up on me. Watched 3 other families while we there told the same thing. When you go to look online they were still even showing they still had rooms yet were turning away. Worst part still have not got our refund yet. Will be pursuing legal action if we don’t. Oh and another customer told me they got a room but no working shower and they wouldn’t give her a refund or discount. This place needs shut down. All they are doing is scamming people out of money. Cannot believe they are part of Choice Hotels!

We showed up and had a very nice guy check us in and mention that they were short staffed and he was hustling to keep up with multiple roles. He was great! However walking to our room the hallways were filthy with what looked like construction debri (paint flakes) and trash through the whole corridor. Got to our room and the door was open (creepy) and wouldn't close all the way unless forced and still didnt act like it was secured. The room was not clean and did not look like it had been vacuumed or wiped down in a minute, the sheets looked clean (didnt inspect too closely, I honestly should have) the fixtures in the bathroom while outdated (not a biggie) were falling off the walls and looked to be in bad shape. We went to leave for the evening and the side exterior door closest to our room did not close or even lock from the outside, the security measures were literally non existing. Once you got outside the door the steps down in to the lot were also non existing, the concrete step was missing and they had cinder blocks just sitting there to use to get up and down. We usually stay in this hotel once a year for a yearly get together in the next town but it had been a couple years and needless to say we will NOT be coming back.
