Great value for a place close to multiple subway lines and it was easy to find. The room was clean and a good size, with a great bathroom. Bed was on the firmer side but comfortable. I did not hear noise from outside or from other guests. It was also nice to have breakfast included. I stay in NYC several times a year and would stay here again.

The hotel was good but unfortunatly refused to refund me for the taxes - although I am a diplomat exempt from hotel taxes. All other hotels in New York accept to refund taxes from diplomats so it was unfortunate.
