The hotel was dirty— lots of deferred maintenance — one of the two elevators was broken, the second one only partially functioned; the ice machine on our floor had a sign on it that it was “temporarily out of order” that looked like it had been there for quite a while; the front desk person who checked us in did not tell us that there would be no housekeeping unless we stayed 3 days, and overall the same person checked us out as well & came across as very dismissive. Perhaps she could benefit from customer service training or find job she would enjoy more.

My room had roaches. Also, oir rooms had no small wash towels only 1 per room with multiple guest in it. I asked for mpre and I was told by the clerk that they didn't have enough for the hotel. Mattress spring kept digging in my back. The kids room had mold growing in the corners in the bathroom. Never staying at a hotel again with this type of ownership. It is common with property upkeep with these types of owners.

The hotel was dirty. Almost the entire lot of vehicles was broken into. No word from management about it until almost a week later. I WOULD NEVER recommend staying here!

Hotel is soooo dirty!! Walls and carpet are black. Very old and outdated tv. Free wifi is horrible. Could not connect and to pay 5 extra per day to use internet. Staff seems unavailable and never there.

The mattress was no good The tub was dirty Staff was excellent My former stay everything was clean and the bed slept good and staff was wonderful as usual. I didn’t complain I just took a bath at my son’s house I slept sideways at the foot of the bed and had a good stay. I went to Denny’s for breakfast but Laquita’s breakfast is always satisfying. Not As Expected

This hotel was not as marketed. Parking was easy, but very concerning when numerous cars in the parking lot had broken windows with bags over them and there was glass all over the ground. My car was not damaged while parking there on a week night, but I was certainly concerned. The hotel is quickly falling into disrepair. The door to my room was damaged and you could see through a rather wide crack into the hallway. The pool was closed, even when the front desk clerk specifically told me it was open. I would not choose to stay here again with numerous hotels available on the same street.
