This hotel is located in a very safe area, and walking distance to many famous sites like the Zona Rosa and the Angel of Independence. The hotel is a bargain. It isn't 5 Star, but the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean. The showers work well. Can't beat the price! I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Embassy.

It was a good stay. The curtain fell off when I tried to close it. It took them a while day to out it back. The front desl clero at check in was not very friendly or King. Thankfully I was fine most of the time. Location is great

The location is good almost near to everything, the room is big and it's seemed renovated, they give me my room a little bit earlier so I really appreciate that , the TV service is perfect The only problem they don't have an AC I think some room has but mine doesn't have

Great location. Really close to roma norte with so many restaurants and options to eat. Uber rides were easy and very affordable to get. The hotel was under construction during my visit so it was looking a little dirty, however u can see that they are upgrading it so thats great. Didnt have my own car but they do have parking in the building. Would def stay here again. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We were able to leave our bags stored safely with the receptionist, as we arrived way before check in time and they didnt have early check in availabile.

Nice location from which to explore the city. Seemed safe day and night. Staff were courteous. Room was somewhat dated but everything worked and was clean. Pillows weren’t my favorite…somewhat small and lumpy. There was construction going on for the room next to us. Some dust and noise during the day but usually we were not in the room. Did request a room change on our last day due to floors stripped or refinished. Odor from chemicals came in our room from next door. Staff quickly accommodated. Will return.

Room was a nice size and clean within reason, very basic no coffee maker, kettle, iron, fridge or toilet paper which I adjusted to But my biggest complaint is I was stuck in the elevator over an hour in the extreme heat with my daughter which was terrifying as the alarm in the elevator didn’t work I had to bang on the door I called the hotel and the guy hung up on me then didn’t answer when I tried calling again, they didn’t even pick up for hotels.com when I called them to contact the hotel. I just had to keep banging for help it was a nightmare. I booked the next flight home and left.

Poco empatía

Tengo claro que el check in es a las 3 de la tarde, llegue a las 12:30 y pedí mis reservaciones y la actitud del personal fue poco amable invitándome a sentar, y una vez que sea la hora me daba acceso, tenía una situación estomacal, no hay baño en el lobby, el servicio de mantenimiento haciendo labores propias a l hora de la gente, el personal de recepción muy poco amables y empatices, era la 1:39 y le dije que me cobrara el early check in y ni así me dio acceso, estaban lo trabajadores de recepción muy amenos en una charla, entre risas y burlas poco fue el interés por los huéspedes, en fin no me agrado el servicio
