We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! the rooms were nice & spacious, complete with a table, mini fridge, microwave & stove! It was a great place for a great price.. my only complaint would be the shower head height. i am 5’3” & felt like i was bending over to try & wash my hair. I was taller than the shower head! I’m not sure if all the rooms have this problem but mine sure did. Other than that, we loved our stay. I just wouldn’t rebook not knowing if the shower heads were all so short.

Todo excelente, lo único que la oficina estaba cerrada para el check in pero el bar tender nos atendió excelente, nos dio la habitación. Obviamente presenta el desgaste de un hotel pegado al mar, pero muy limpio. Estaría bien renovaran las toallas, yo llevaba las mías pero es una sugerencia. Lo único que está pésimo es la alberca, literal súper pequeña, parece chapoteadero… Eso sí un X por lo demás está muy cómodo, limpio y muy a gusto.

No hair dryer, soap or shampoo. Sign was on saying office was open on the street side at 7:30 and the bar side office door was also locked and a camera announced I need to get out of the area. I’ve never paid over $107. For a hotel room that didn’t include, shampoo, soap or a hair dryer.

Perfect check in, the front desk lady was so nice and courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is perfect! Thanks to Expedia we had an extended check out and I talked to the front desk and they told me that we could check out at 1pm. Well, at 11:00am a rude cleaning lady opened our room and yelled at us that we needed to leave because it was already 11:00 (in Spanish), she wake us up and was so rude yelling like if we were doing something wrong. Then when we were leaving, she went again and said in a rude way again: they are still here. I know people make mistakes, if she did not know we had an extended check out she could have been at least nice and not rude as she was. I talked to the front desk lady and she says she was going to address the issue with that person and apologized for the inconvenient. I hope they improve on that part. Thank you!

The property is neglected. Restroom didn’t flush because they shut off the water so we wouldn’t use it and then they opened it in the morning. Was a total nightmare. Staff leaves at a certain hour in the evening so if anything goes wrong during the night hours, you’re on your own. The shower lever would not turn to adjust water temperature because it corroded and broke. Beds were comfortable and that’s about the only positive thing. They spilled some sort of air freshner product and don’t bother to clean it so the smell was so strong it was making us dizzy and that was all night. Evidently owner doesn’t pay attention to property. Would not stay there again. I get that the property is older but it would be nice if they didn’t neglect rooms and guests.
