Place was nothing like the pictures, our room looked like it still needed remodeling from fire or water damage, had a bad floor, funky smell, water faucets were terrible, no water pressure in shower, was embarrassed to bring a church group to this location.

The staff worker we're okay., but the rooms had roaches and when told about the roaches and showed pictures all he could is that they could move me to another room if one of more customers are saying they have roaches to why would want to stay. He said there's nothing he can do but put in a work order. I ask if could be refunded he said no ok no problem so I left want never get my business again

The property was dirty and felt like I was on first 48, service was horrible , no stores near by, dark roads, smelt like death, no soap in bathroom (gross) and no extra linen available. Overall worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Creepy crawlers on the floor

My last night there I seen several creep crawlers on my bathroom floor, and I take it it is from the residence who stay there full-time. Management needs to spray their hotel room once in a while.

Wouldn’t recommend actually stay far away from it!

I checked in at 7 I just dropped my stuff and left when I got back around 1 am I threw everything on the floor and crawled into bed he sheet smelled strongly of pee dog pee human pee I couldn’t tell you but it was bad the next day I got up for tv and coffee the tv wouldn’t work the coffee machine was dirty and as I went to clean up for housekeeping I placed their dirty pillows and towels (after I took a shower that had someone else’s hair in the tub) together on the bed I came back to the room a few hours later to find the same wet towels I had just used folded they changed the pillow cases not the sheets and when I woke up to pee in the middle of the night the roaches that they have where all over the walls and in the bed with me and after going through all of this with no complaint I was told I’d get my deposit back for staying and these people gave me back 12 dollars out of 50 dollars for THEIR. Dirty sad ass pillow cases!!! Beautiful lobby though

Already reserved a room in advance, called to make sure our room was still secured arrived on check in day come to find out they overbooked their hotel and gave our room away and now are ghosting Expedia to give our money back. In a span of ten minutes they typed a few buttons gave up and sent me away and didn’t even try to resolve the problem with me.
