Disney- themed, best for families

Decent location about 10 minute walk across the river to town. Very accommodating staff. Busy only on weekends. Breakfast buffet on weekends. To-order on weekdays. Elevators and hot showers were rather hit or miss. Overall it was fine for the money.

I will give a 2 and 1/2 starts to this Hotel

PArt of the entertainment offered by the Hotel for the kids was free and the other section was an additional cost. I was not aware of this. The cleanness of the rooms still has some details that are not tolerable. They offer a much better price if you book directly or in person.

Property looks bad, unpainted building and you have to deal with dirt, wheelbarrows cause they still working on the property. Not what I was expecting about it.

Staff very unprofessional, we were required documents for our children which we didn't know. We were told if documents weren't showed the "sorry you cannot stay" Finally signing a waiver, while my son falling asleep in the front desk sofa. AC room didn't cool enough, no trash can in the room only in the bathroom. 1st night one family member didn't sleep well bc room too warm. Changed room for a better one but shower wasn't working properly and ACsystem leaking water at night. This hotel has good amenities but service is poor, there are many safety risks for children in the pool, pool no warm enough, this hotel needs to be walked by to be categorize as 3 stars hotel. Stay wasn't a pleasant as it is mentioned in its web site or other websites. We are paying an expensive night to have a mediocre sleep. Not fair.

El agua de la piscina muy fria, por tanto no es muy apta para niños pequeños. Los pasillos no tiene luz Para el precio que se cobró no ofrecen servicios adicionales a la piscina.

Las instalaciones demasiado oscuras, adicional es un poco incomodo la poca privacidad que se tenia para el uso de la piscina y demás aréas teniendo en cuenta que los fds dan pasadía a personas que no se encuentran hospedadas en el hotel, los pavos dejaban suciedad a su paso y esta no era aseada oportunamente.

Mal Servicio

El servicio fue pesimo al llegar al hotel. Esa noche compramos licor en el mismo hotel para consumo con unas amistades y familiares y a las 10pm de la noche nos apagaron todas las luces del hotel sin avisarnos que iban a estar cerrando. Lamentablemente es una falta de respeto al consumidor. Luego en la habitacion cuando nos fuimos a banar con mi esposa no habia agua caliente y la ducha estaba danada, se le salia por todos lados. El dia siguiente al hacer el checkout para poder explicar la situacion que nos paso, no habia ningun gerente para hacer nuestras sugerencias. Lamentablemente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Tiene que mejorar la limpieza en el restaurante

Un hotel agradable, con buen ambiente, zonas amplias. Se encuentra en remodelación, pero nuestra vida stancia fue amena. El único punto desfavorable fue la limpieza sobre todo al momento del desayuno, en medio de la pandemia no es que se respete el protocolo de bioseguridad, quería tomar un pocillo para servirme café y lo encontré ya usado, aún con desperdicio de café, justo sobre los "pocillos limpios".

CUANDO LLEGAMOS AL HOTEL LA RESERVA NO EXISTÍA, EN EL HOTEL NO NOS ATENDIERON BIEN, SOLO NOS DIJERON QUE ERA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA PÁGINA WEB HOTELES.COM QUE ELLOS NO PODÍAN HACER NADA, SOLO BUSCAR UN HOTEL, VALGA ACLARAR QUE FUIMOS EN LA TARDE NOCHE DESPUÉS DE UN VIAJE LO ÚLTIMO QUE ESPERABA ERA ESO POR PARTE DEL HOTEL.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, sin embargo el hotel no respeta normas de distanciamiento y bioseguridad . El desayuno es un desorden total piden turno y no los cumplen. El desayuno muy mal presentado jugos del día anterior, huevos sin sabor algunos, leche cortada y así por el estilo todo. El parqueadero es en un sitio que tienen como depósito de materiales , difícil parquear y hay que dejar las llaves

Muy bien el sitio el único inconveniente fue con la aplicación de hoteles. los precios diferentes a los del hotel no permiten cancelación sino hasta dos días antes muy mal servicio por parte de la aplicación. El hotel si es muy hermoso con una excelente atención y comida.

Demasiado regular.

Un hotel bien pensando pero se quedó en los planes. Con un poco más de atención a los detalles sería algo mejor. Muy poco por el precio que se paga. El gancho es que es para niños. Le falta para poder ser recomendado como algo medianamente bueno. No recomiendo.

La atencion en la recepcion es terrible. Llegamos a las 2 y nos dijeron que la habitacion la entregaban a las 3pm, nos llevaron a la habitacion y no estaba lista. sin embargo eran las 3:10pm y nos dijeron que a partir de las 3 ponian entregar mas que no tenian que hacerlo. Personal grosero
