Check in was easy at the kiosk. The room was basic but did the job for sleep and a shower. We noticed that some people claim to have an issue with getting their deposit back, which was concerning. At check out, it's explained that it takes up to 5 days for the hold to clear, which it did. For the price, this place was good. It's close to the beach, near dining, has an indoor hot tub, and plenty of parking.

Very disappointed! When we got to our room as soon as we turned lights on we had a lot of little roaches scattering everywhere. Even in the bathroom so disgusting! We went to front desk to complain they offered another room but still didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We obviously left and didn’t stay and asked them for a refund. They denied our refund, another disappointment. Will not be booking here again!

It was raining cats and dogs so we didnt expect to use outdoor amenities but the night manager was very nice and upgraded our room. The place was spotless and smelled great. We had a great nights sleep. Thank you again.

Ghetto, loud, not enough parking, feels unsafe, room was clean, tv worked well, when most ppl left in the morning it was way better and the guy at the front desk let us stay until 3pm for $50, so we went to the indoor pool which was very clean and we enjoyed ourselves. But the nightlife at yhis place is wild. Lots of police, like 10 cop cars pulled up when we were checking in with thr virtual guy.
