Initial check-in was smooth, but things went downhill once I reached my room. I had booked a queen bed, but the room I was given had two single beds. When I went back to reception to explain the issue, the receptionist was quite rude, tried to blame me for the mistake, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for the room type I’d actually paid for.
I was told I could switch rooms the next day, but this was inconvenient and disrupted my stay. The noise was also quite bad — if you’re a light sleeper, definitely avoid a courtyard-view room.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
