The checkin was swift and seamless, the room was comfortable and clean, the location for us was great, next to metro and Campo Pequeno, many great food establishments near by, you'll be spoilt for choice. The breakfast was ok, having gluten intolerance, available was fruit, yoghurt, bacon, mushrooms and cheeses - but lots of breads and cakes & pancakes for everyone else - enough to set you up for the day. I would stay again.

We had a suite with large balcony on the third floor. The room was spacious and a good bathroom. Breakfast was modest but very good and had even sparking wine. Airconditioning was not working that efficient with an outdoor temperature of 37 degrees celcius.

Great location, really central and great neighborhood. However, it means it was really loud, since the rooms are not well isolated (you could hear the street, feel the metro from the 4th floor up and hear every details of the passing guests in the corridor). The room was clean in surface but seemed quite old and we had to ask several times (on a 4 nights trip) to have the room cleaned again, since the bathroom smelled like sewer and it drifted into the room. Note that the bathroom isn't fully closed off, it's a small glass door that separates it from the bedroom. The staff was really helpful though and in all, it was quite ok!
