Room Cleanliness: The room was in an unacceptable condition. There was a large, unsightly stain on the carpet beside the bed, the mattress had a prominent red stain, the bathroom ceiling was blackened—presumably due to condensation or mould—and the shower only produced cold water.
Noise Levels: Excessive noise from downstairs persisted throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to rest.
Staff Service: There was no staff presence at the front desk when assistance was needed. Additionally, the dedicated phone line for the Duty Manager went straight to voicemail, leaving no way to escalate concerns.
Breakfast Experience: The breakfast service was chaotic. The chef was unable to fulfil orders, the food that was eventually served was undercooked, and the waiting staff were left to manage a high volume of complaints from other dissatisfied guests.
