If I could rate this a zero star “hotel” I will. The actual room is too different from the photo And I booked a King bedroom but I got a Queen bedroom. This hotel isn't worth $70, I think it's only $30

We found it to be very difficult to get to it from the main Highway. Had to cut across four lanes of traffic in half a block. There was nothing around but industry and a prison next door so the area was not walkable. Our room smelled so badly of a musty moldy smell. We didn't notice it before we unpacked. I didn't want to repack to request a different room. We wouldn't expect the other rooms to smell any better. We did not see any mold on any of the surfaces. There was no ceiling fan for the shower to help take moisture out of the room. There were no drawers to put our clothing into and very few hangers . We were there 4 days and wanted to unload the suitcases. Our clothes were scattered about every horizontal surface, baskets or drawers would be helpful. The air conditioner was terribly noisy and ran all night long but did not adequately dry out the room . All of our clothes were damp and so were the sheets. They did have a really good breakfast with eggs, hash browns, sausage and Waffles, as well as toast, yogurt, coffee and juices.

Was not aware this hotel is very close to the county jail. No issues arose from that but I may have chosen to stay elsewhere. The room was fine but overall, the hotel walkways and elevators could use some updated. The property is not walkable to almost anywhere since it’s very close to the interstate

Good enough for a quick stay as long as you have reasonable expectations for the price. Comfortable bed and decent breakfast. But room was in need of good cleaning and upgrades/repairs. We had to ask for the microwave, mini fridge and hairdryer that we’re supposed to be in the room. Housekeeping never made my bed(4 days) or replaced towels.

Upon arrival, the light in the room did not work, the toilet made a terrible noise, the fridge was missing, the microwave didn’t work and the TV only had 13 channels which were all news channels. I requested a different room and the person at the office stated they were almost at capacity and couldn’t change our room. Hotel was empty. He said he would send maintenance to check on the problems in the room and bring a fridge but no one ever arrived with the fridge or to repair the toilet or lights Place was run down. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was deceiving the name isn’t baymont it was developer inn, it was dirty and run down I can’t believe Wyndham would put its name on this place. It was cheap but cheap and clean doesn’t need to be one or the other. Also it is right next to a jail if anyone cares.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Cons: the biggest con...lack of towels. It's the most basic of amenities, and for our 12 night stay it was a battle nearly every day. Night one we only had one single towel. Had to ask for towels each of the next 3 days. Twice they took towels but didn't replace, thus another walk to the main desk. Couldn't call the main desk, no one would answer. But it was always staffed. This is an outside entry to rooms, which is deceiving based off the photos on hotels.com and their main site. It's right off I-4 and next to an Orange Co. Sheriff's office, so many a night we could loudly hear their sirens. Despite hotels.com and their website saying rooms had fridge and microwave, ours did not. Apparently you have to request it, which is wild because both sites clearly say they are in every room. For a 12 night stay, it was a struggle. The AC unit kinda worked, it actually helped it was on the louder side to keep the noise outside out. TV feed was awful, and only 20 or so channels. There was a bucket for ice...but no ice machine. Breakfast was the same every day, no pastries and the line for the single waffle machine was long. Our last morning there were not enough seats, we got there around 7:30 am. We had 3 different rooms for our employees, two had toilet running issues. Shower had one of those half glass walls, which is popular now in newer refurbished rooms but is annoying for people using it.

The room was fine but on arrival we didn’t have a chair, refrigerator, hair dryer, or iron. They were prompt on getting those things to us. Also the tub water took a minute to go down after use. But overall the service was great, the bed was comfortable, breakfast great, and room satisfactory. I give a 3.5 I would stay again.
