Great stay! We were in town for a concert. The gentleman at the desk was so incredibly helpful. He was friendly and professional, and gave us some much-needed local information. The room was clean and very comfortable.

When I checked in, I learned that the pool and hot tub were both shut down. That was one of the main reasons I got the place was for the hot tub. And then when we got in the room, I realized the sink was out in part of the room and not in the bathroom with the tub and commode. Very little privacy with my friends.

Great Location to Red Rocks and the Mountains

The room was on the 1st floor and could use venting the air inside the room properly, maybe half a day. The bathroom needs TLC with also proper ventilation. These can be fixed. The bed was comfortable. I choose the hotel due to the proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and it was a breeze. Also, the young man that is at the front desk during the week is very kind and helped me out with deciphering the type of roads I would encounter in the mountains, which I also visited. The included breakfast had a good variety of food.

Not the hotel’s fault, but we lost power on 3 different mornings so no elevators and no air conditioning, which was especially frustrating when we were checking out, so we had to drag our luggage down the stairs. Hotel is old, with thin walls, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
