The pool was closed, the tv did not work, the gym was closed. There were a ton of fruit flies in the room, the headboard was falling off the wall, the roll away bed was filthy. The breakfast was waffle machine and toast. The rooms do not match the picture.

Outlets not working, messy floors, water not working, check in took forever due to only having 1 working computer and our bags were gone thru amd moved by the "cleaning crew." Worst hotel ever. We turned our keys in and left

Infested with bugs. Trash was left in the room from previous guests and bed was not clean. The hot trash was collecting maggots, flies, and fruit flies and the room was literally infested with them. They had no water and oversold the rooms as well. It smelled TERRIBLE and was also very potent with the smell of cigarettes
