I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.

The hotel was the most stinkiest, Non clean, insect location. The odor of wet dog/ mildew was peeping through the carpets, the bedding had hair along with the tub. There were aunts crawling on the tables, the drain from the bathroom did now work. Then to top it off the shower was cold in the water. Definitely would not be going back!! The up front ladies were friendly. But due to the busy weekend we were not able to received another room and all other hotels were books. We emailed the owners and the managers. Let’s see if they do the right thing!

There were so many large stains on the hall carpet, a knob missing on the closet, the toilet seat was very loose and moved around a lot, the molding along the bottom of the tub was off and laying in the floor. Hair dryer didn’t work but they replaced that quickly. Breakfast was good.

The hallways carpet was black with filth. The smell of musty and mold was horrible. In our room, our feet got black from walking on the carpet within just a few minutes. This was no fault of the housekeeper but rather the overall maintenance the establishment. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

The highlight of the day was most definitely the staff. They are energetic, friendly, and personable. The hotel is dated. It is an older facility that has had minor maintenance and upkeep carpets. Extremely dirty room furnishings are outdated and what repairs have been done are here and there, for instance, handles on closet door have two different style handles. There is a lot of mold in the pile of the shower. As for the cleanliness of the room, it was top notch with the exception of the mold. Would we return… Probably

The condition of the room was very poor, it need to be renovated. The room looked and smelled old and moldy. The carpet was stained and there was mold in the bathroom sink and tub. The staff was very pleasant though. Unfortunately, i wont stay there again due to the condition of the room.

There are 2 across street from each other - mine wasn't visible from afar - seniors are nervous with fast traffic, not much time to look for numbers.
