The location is convenient and the neighborhood also fine, the bar i very cozym though closed on Sunday until noon. Self check in easy and convenient. the rooms are fine. I've stayed twice and I found the rooms not very clean. Dirty windows, dusty at the corners of the desk by the bed as well bthroom floor.

Property was convent to the train station, nice safe area. The check in process was strange and confusing but the room was ok. The AC didnt work so we had to sleep with the tiny window open. We end up not sleeping much due to all the noice from the train. It’s a trade off.

Brilliant location, good room, good value for money as we only paid GBP 98 for a night for two adults being a Sunday night. The generous amount of coffee capsules (4+1 decaf) was super generous for Europe. If only the wash basin in the bathroom was usable. The drain was blocked and required waiting between uses. As we only stayed one night leaving early in the morning, we reported the issue to house keeping on our way out. Shower was not as good as other places in Switzerland that we stayed, but quite ok. Other comments are: The electronic self check in means that you can only start checking in at 2, and you need to enter your details including passport number etc. I can imagine a queue in the busier seasons as there is only one single terminal for check in. Also, since there is one person running the cafe, they were quite pressured for time between making drinks, serving and answering the inevitable questions from guests trying to check in. Plug points could be more convenient location wise. If the bed was raised style, the bottom of bed could house luggage and make it within reach of vacuum cleaner. Consider a fold out table above the bench and adding a mini fridge. I will consider the hotel for next stay.

The hotel is around 5 mins walk from train station. There are many tram stops around the hotel make it easy to get around Zurich. Many groceries store and good local restaurants to choose from within 5-10 mins walk. I would stay here again if we go back to Zurich.
