When we arrived, there was noone at the desk. I rang the bell, and waited. I then had to ring it twice more before the lady appeared. She was friendly, and we were rung in quickly. Our original room key didn't work, and the same lady fixed it promptly. That's where the positivities end, unfortunately. Once inside the room, I crawled under the covers, and my boyfriend sat in the armchair. Shortly after, my boyfriend jumps up, and swipes a cockroach off his lap. Immediately, I went to the front desk while my boyfriend took our luggage outside to sit in the cold. We were denied a refund, and offered a room upstairs on the second floor. If anyone knows anything about roaches then you know that if one room has them. They all do. I still have not recieved a refund. I will be contacting their corporate office. This is EXTREMELY disappointing because I frequently seek out Quality inns due to a history of positive experiences.
