The pool was so loud we could not sleep at all, the hot tub was great until you turned on the jets then it was just a mess with no real junction but to make a mess with the water & blowing outside of the hot tub, the breakfast so so crowded and very limited in options and the orange juice tasted rotten. The pool was cool if ya have kids but I do t know if it was a heated or what kept coming on throughout the night but it was a terrible experience, out of all the hotels we have stayed at the last few months and vacation the last 2 weeks, the staff was friendly but the place needs kept but better so it was definitely my worse experience lately with a overnight stay!

The room lacked basic safety with the door jamming and locking myself and my six year old daughter unable to get out. Additionally, the phone in the room was malfunctioning and not connected to make a call out. The dire situation was brought to the attention of the front desk with no assistance or sense of urgency offered. We were only advised the manager doesn't get in until 10 and there was no way to reach her.

We booked the poolside room and it was great. We have two kids and one had a bed and one slept on the sofa bed. The facilities are great for families, we played pickleball, pool and mini golf. The kids loved the pool and we could not get them out. The only negatives were the breakfast and the temperature of the hot tub. Breakfast there was never enough food and they could not keep up with the demand. When they did replenish the sausages were cold and the tater tots were under cooked. It was a holiday weekend and they should have been prepared for a busy breakfast as the hotel was extremely busy. I know this will sound crazy but the hot tub was too hot. Most people could only get their legs in. I would stay there again but would make alternative plans for breakfast. Great value for the price.

This stay started out bad and steadily got worse. This property has been our "go to" place whenever we needed to stay the night in St.George. The first few stays were exceptional. We loved the property, but last night was so bad we decided that this wOuld be our last stay. Lets start with the reservation. We asked for a king bed with a nice soft comfortable mattress. Upon arrival we were asked if we were familiar with the property to which we replied somewhat. The staff member gave us our keys. When we got to the room the first thing we noticed was the inside lock on the door was missing. Since the entry deadbolt seemed to function well we overlooked this issue. I can see I will run out of space for my review before being able to review I will now just list the problems we encountered. 1: Bedding was stained and dirty.It had not been changed. 2: The mattress was way too hard. It actually made a snapping noise when you sat on it and you could feel it give way. 3: When I called down to ask for the wifi log in, the woman who answered the phone rudely replied "Oh my gosh.". When I asked her to repeat the info she rudely snapped back and told me it was on our map of the property. I was not given a map of the hotel. 4: While trying to shower the next morning I discovered there was little water pressure. There are more items to report but space is limited here. Bottom line here is dont waste your money here. This is not the Red Lion quality that I have come to expec
