Was staying in town for a basketball tournament. When arriving to the hotel the lobby and breakfast area was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk staff were very nice. We stayed in room 114 as soon as we got to the room and opened the door, the smell of mildew and fish blasted us in the face. It also looks like the room was not completely finished. One side of the bed was still untucked, there was toilet paper in the bathroom trashcan. There was also a room list with two keys left on the bathroom counter, by I’m presuming the housekeeper. The bathroom door the bottom part was also pulled from the hinges with exposed nails. Thank goodness, my youngest daughter is old enough to know not to go near it, but is definitely a danger hazard with them poking out. Another parent, I spoke to said her room smelled like smoke and there was no hot water. Luckily my oldest daughter had to room with a teammate and she said their room was fine, but it was also on the second floor as opposed to mine and the other parent was on the first floor.
