They checked me in super early for no extra cost because a room happened to be free. Firdus was especially helpful, even welcoming me to have complimentary breakfast and coffee while I waited. It was a great room - small but clean and charming.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Jedoch ist der Weg von der nächsten Underground bis zum Hotel abends etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber dafür sehr gut eingerichtet und die Sauberkeit war gut. Frühstück ist zwar klein aber für jeden ist etwas dabei und man kann gestärkt in den Tag starten. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für einen Kurztrip würden wir jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich, danke an die nette Dame um Frühstücksraum mit ihrem Kollegen. Sie war stets sehr aufmerksam und füllte Käse etc nach. Ihr kollege machte meiner Tochter ihre"beste" Hot chocolate. Leider war der Wasserdruck im Bad sehr gering...einmal gab esbgar kein Wasser. War aber spät abends

This hotel was just ok. Due to it being connected to a pub, it is quite noisy every evening until closing time, 11pm. The rooms are very small. We had booked a “Deluxe Queen” and we were only offered rooms with double beds. The first room we were given we could barely walk around the bed. When we asked about the advertised queen bed on Expedia, we were told they don’t have queen beds. The one perk of this hotel is the breakfast. The staff attending the breakfast were very friendly and professional, greeting you every morning and making a fresh French press of coffee for your table. The location was a bit off the beaten path, but we didn’t mind that as we were very close to little Venice and enjoyed walking in that area.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, alles stimmig und wir würden wieder kommen. Kritikpunkte: - Wasserdruck zu gewissen Uhrzeit relativ bis sehr niedrig - Heizung im Bad nicht regulierbar (Wassertemperatur aber gut verstellbar, je nach bedürfnis) - Auswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt (Qualität aber sehr gut) - Check-In nicht ganz optimal, Erreichbarkeit per Nachrichten eher schwierig, telefonisch teilweise schwer verständlich, aber gut erreichbar (Check-In findet im Restaurant statt!)

This hotel is extremely beautiful but on my first day there was hair hanging from the towels and the water wasn't working at night. Then once the water started working it was extremely low pressure. In addition, since the hotel is an older build the water system is outdated and not reliable. A few of the staff members were kind but some of them were standoffish and dismissive when I shared these concerns.

Our check in and stay was very good. The cleanliness of the premises was good and the staff were excellent and very professional. There were a couple of issues in regard to our room where the blinds did not work and the shower door needed repaired. This did not stop us having a shower. One other problem was that there was no water in the room at night due to an issue with the water board. All these issues were reported to the staff. The bar was well stocked however there was constant music playing and most of the time too loudly. This hotel was clearly very popular for its Indian food but the British food offering was limited. The continental breakfast was fine. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you Three Falcons Hotel.

Comfy and convenient

Everything about the hotel itself was fine, quiet room, good shower, friendly staff, nice location, and good bar/breakfast. Was a bit surprised at receiving a text a few hours ahead of our visit that the hotel was cancelling due to “unexpected maintenance issues”, I had no success calling the +91 number listed on Hotels when wanting an explanation, but Hotels online chat were very helpful, contacted the hotel to sort and gave me a UK number that I rang and confirmed.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist nah an der U-Bahn und man kommt sehr schnell an alle intessanten Orte. Wenn man das erste Mal zum Hotel läuft fühlt es sich zwar so an als als wäre man in Syrien oder so aber man muss sich da keine Sorgen machen. Es war wirklich rundum schön und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, like 10' x 12' . The bathroom is tiny with like a 8" x 5" sink and small corner shower. You need to think before you move too quickly in the shower. Other than that, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It is above an Indian restaurant, so you better like the smell of curry.
