Perfect inn for groups of any size! We had 20!

We had a family reunion of 20 people and this inn provded the perfect spaces for all of is to spend time together! We all spent time on patio on the outdoor furniture and on the picnics tables while we prepared family meals on the inn's grill and pizza oven. The owners and staff were great, the inn was clean, and the pool was perfect. Beach, shops and food options all within short walking distance.

Nice motel, 1 block from the beach. Great location, and an ocean view from the walkway balcony on the 2nd floor. No room cleaning services but fresh towels whenever we needed them. The owners were very friendly. Convenient to everything Old Orchard Beach had to offer. We would come back again!

Weekend Beach trip with 2 kids. The hosts/owners were warm, welcoming and very accommodating to a couple of special requests. The property is well maintained, lovely pool out back, rooms are basic and do the trick. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable, but overall fine. You really can't beat the location of this property! Beach access right across the street, 5 min walk to the square/palace playland/pier, so you can leave the car and not have to worry about parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small. There is also a train that runs behind the hotel that woke us up every morning. Hotel was walking distance to beach and downtown.

SHort stay in Saco during a very busy time.

We just needed a room for our Convention weekend at the Ferry Beach Convention Center. Room rather small, but bed was great. Bath good-shower head way too high. I couldn't take a shower without getting my head wet, & I am tall. But overall a great short stay at a busy time.

Super séjour! Le gros plus est l’espace extérieur avec les bbq, plancha, micro onde et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisson! Idéal pour des déjeuners maison et tranquille avant une belle journée à la plage! La piscine super aussi parfait pour une fin d’après midi relaxe. Belle proximité du centre et de la plage. Les chambres sont étroites par contre et un peu petite pour une famille de 4! Par chance on ne reste pas là toute la journée!

Great owners, questionable cleanliness…

The owners were very friendly and we loved the option for a day pass following checkout. However, we were very uncomfortable when we arrived and overheard the owner talking about the staff still cleaning rooms following “the bombing”… Our anxiety only heightened when we went to our room and saw the door wide open and a can of Raid sitting outside the room on the railing. We spent our stay on high alert for bugs in the room and were pretty uneasy the entire time. Had we not overheard this conversation or seen the pest spray left out, maybe we would have enjoyed our stay more, but this significantly impacted our perception.

Loved This Place!

We stayed here for four nights for a baseball tournament and would definitely stay again. Lisa and Peter are fabulous hosts. The property was very clean and well maintained and the boys enjoyed the pool area and the adults had a great time hanging out on the patio and grilling both day and night. All of the employees were very friendly and the location is perfect for all of the fun that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We hope to stay here again!
