Muy bien me colaboraron con las personas para los distintos tours y hasta fiambre nos dieron para llevar al tour al cabo de la vela . Los empleados son amables. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena cerca de todo y lo más importante tiene playa privada y muy tranquila y segura

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront zum Meer. Praktischer Parkplatz. Die Handtücher waren 5-Sterne -Hotel- Qualität. Das Restaurant eher nicht so empfehlenswert und die Leute an der Rezeption eher..... zurückhaltend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, wir würden dort jederzeit wieder absteigen.

El hotel tiene un excelente potencial. Urge una nueva administración, que vele por la calidad integral. Aunque sus precios no son tan elevados no concuerdan con la calidad que ofrecen. Es difícil la comunicación con ellos, el desayuno no cumple con los estándares, recibimos la habitación mal arreglada con piso lleno de tierra, las camas mal arregladas, no hay claridad con los precios. En fin no fue lo que esperábamos.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Customer service was awful from the moment I arrived to check in. The front desk girl was dismissive and incredibly rude. We asked when our rooms would be ready since it was 40 minutes passed check in time and she responded with “I don’t know” and continued to ignore me. I asked a second time and that’s when she said 15-20. When it was breakfast time they didn’t clean up the tables, we were ignored until we literally had to ask for service. When service finally arrived we didn’t get utensils nor drinks. When we asked for them cutlery came dirty and the drinks never arrived. The pool water was disgustingly dirty, if you can avoid this place I recommend you go somewhere else.

Riohacha, La Guajira, belleza pura.

Nos fue muy bien en el hotel, son muy atentos los trabajadores. Riohacha es bonito, sus playas son lindas, la gente es cordial, y las comidas son muy ricas. Falta información más precisa acerca de tiempos y distancias de excursiones o paseos. Fuimos a Camarones, paseamos en una canoa en una laguna y vimos varias aves, incluido un flamenco pequeño. Desistimos de viajar 20 minutos en moto para ver las bandadas de flamencos. También fuimos a Mayapo, es muy tranquilo y bello el mar. Y visitamos Cabo de la Vela, donde por 4 horas se atascó en el lodo del desierto la camioneta 4 x 2. Los Wayuu la sacaron del lodo, y pudimos continuar. Se debe viajar en 4 x 4 unicamente. Muy lindo el Pilón de Azúcar, el Ojo del Agua, y bellísimo el mar. No llegamos al Faro. En total son muchas horas de viaje para el Cabo.

Where do I start. First I booked a room with a full beach view and was given the wrong room and was being charged more than what I booked for. It took over 40 mins for the front desk person to try and correct the issue. Only one key is provided in order to control the air coordinator, it will turn off when leaving the room thus when you return it is very hot. Shower was broken and had to take a shower in a vacant room. They do not provide any kind of toiletries. No refrigerator, blow dryer or iron. The food terrible and cold. If you want ice be ready to pay for it as they will only provide a cup. Will not stay here again..
