We checked in on Friday around 11 a.m. and were greeted by a young lady (light-skinned with curly brown hair). Unfortunately, she seemed very aggravated. When my partner and I asked a question about the room, she abruptly cut us off and simply told us our room number. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. For the amount of money I spent, I expected to be greeted more pleasantly and treated with respect.
To make matters worse, even after asking for a nice view, we were given a room that overlooked the highway and nearby buildings, which was disappointing.
That said, the hotel itself was very nice and clean. The location was extremely convenient—everything was within walking distance, including a beautiful mall. I also felt safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. The night staff was much friendlier and more accommodating, which made the rest of the stay enjoyable.
Overall, while the property is in a great location and offers a clean, safe stay, the poor check-in experience really left a negative impression.
