I was discriminated against and there was no hot water for us to take a shower. The tub look so awful I have to put a towel down in the tub so the chipped paint wouldn’t get on our feet. This was the most terrible hotels have sent me

The pictures online are no where near actual conditions. The door did not lock. There was feces on the wall by the toilet and marijuana on the bed. Almost everything was in disrepair. I was only there for a few hours until I could make other arrangements.

Disgusting place filled with homeless people

Horrible and disgusting place to stay, surrounded by homeless junk people in the lobby and all around the property. Did not feel safe with my family, After 30 mins, booked another place at the same price. Dirty, filthy tubs, beds and couches. No fridge or microwave and ice services. Not sure why Expedia/Hotels.com lists this filthy place. I am asking for a refund.
