Staff was great, as always. But…..the AC was shut off and it was 84° in my room. There was little to no hot water for a shower and the cold water faucet in my bathroom was broken. The hallways and lobby were dirty and there was trash up and down the hallway where my room was. I do understand it was the last weekend that hotel was in operation, but for the money I spent to stay there, it was absolutely disgraceful.

Comfortable & clean stay. Nice proximity to the mall and MetLife arena. Only complaint is that the on site restaurant no longer serves breakfast, leaving a very long line at Starbucks every morning. It is nice they have a Starbucks on site! We could partially see the city from our room, which was nice.
